Soft Skills and English Training
VoX-EIS provides individual and small group lessons for English Language Learners who want to improve their soft skills in interpersonal communication in English language.
Individual Instruction- Sessions are one hour in length and focused on conversational English and soft skills.
Business English- These sessions are given for individual or small teams depending on your company or personal needs.
These sessions are 1 hour and are focused on a specific topic each session.
STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION COACHING
VoX-EIS offers courses and seminars on Strategic Communication. Focused on an approachable training system for improving English based communication in professional settings.
- A full term of coaching sessions are available in four or eight week cycles. Typically consisting of one to two sessions each week.
- Sessions are offered online. But can also be available in person, or a hybrid of both.
- Sessions focus on short, active, and engaging 60 minute lessons given in English.
- Sessions are purposely limited to individual and very small group size. Focused on developing strategic language, power exchange in conversation, conversational subterfuge, and non-verbal communication.
POWER LANGUAGE AND NEGOTIATION
The VoX-EIS power language and negotiation sessions focus on improving dialogue with objective purpose.
You will learn to develop a position that can be both defended or enforced without using fallacies or falling victim to the strategies of the other party.
- This training focuses on understanding the weaknesses and strengths in your communication style; while also improving upon the delivery of your position.
- Instruction includes practice and learning of subterfuge, elicitation, suggestion, fallacies, non-verbal communication, micro-expression reading, and tone and word patterns.

- Analysis, identification, and correction of personality traits and behavioral patterns that are negatively affecting your professional results or management.
- Strategic advantage services and personality profiling for clients who seek advantages in meetings, negotiations, and other high stakes interactions.
- Environmental suggestion is often an overlooked tool. This service provides advisement on subtle layout changes, item placement, colors, and purposeful references which can be extremely influential in skewing the energy of a room in your favour.
